Order Processing

  • All orders are processed promptly (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
  • You'll receive an order confirmation email after purchase
  • Once shipped, you'll receive a second email with tracking details
  • During high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer than usual

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and vary by destination and carrier. These are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, seasonal demand, and carrier delays.

International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are set by your local government and are not included in your order total. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take a little time to appear. If your tracking shows no movement after several days, feel free to contact us — carriers occasionally delay scans.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed past the estimated window, contact us and we'll help investigate. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
